Creative Apprentice Programs brings hands-on art, craft, and sensory experiences to birthdays, school events, and celebrations across Western Massachusetts — no setup, no cleanup, all imagination. From slime labs to canvas studios, every program is hosted by a member of our team and fully stocked with supplies, and each lab runs 3 hours — plenty of time for your group to create.

Creative Apprentice Programs was founded on a simple idea: every celebration is better when guests get to make something with their own hands. Based in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, our team of creative hosts brings professional-grade art and craft experiences directly to your home, school, or venue.
Designed for ages 5 and up — from kids to teens to adults, we design every program to be hands-on, mess-managed, and genuinely fun — so you can host a party you don't have to plan alone.

Each lab runs 3 hours. Need more time? You can add extra 40-minute blocks as an add-on when you book.
We're based in Wilbraham, MA and travel throughout the Pioneer Valley and surrounding Western Massachusetts communities, including Springfield, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Hampden, Ludlow, and Chicopee.
Yes — every program arrives fully stocked with materials, tools, and a host to guide the activity from start to finish.
We recommend booking 2 months out. We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to logistically prepare for your event.
Most programs are designed for up to 20 guests, with the option to add capacity or an extra host for larger groups.
Setup begins 45–60 minutes before your event, and breakdown and cleanup afterward also takes 45–60 minutes. We designate 5 hours total for one activity. Two activities can be stacked back-to-back over about 8 hours, or run simultaneously over that same 5-hour window.
